The Site is not designed for the transmission, storage, review, or receipt of confidential Patient Health Information, and your personal information may not be treated in the same manner as Protected Health Information under HIPAA.

Assignment: These Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Cosmilab without restriction.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
